Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the original tags are attached and the product is unused to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
